  1. It’s actually ironic that I’m reading this. I am in the middle of moving and very busy with bustling things around. I was telling myself this, saying ” I am strong. I can do this.” It really helped me.het through carrying the heavy bags. Positive affirmations do work. I use them with my clients a lot before tests or new anxiety provoking takes
